Logs (Text and/or Voice Messages)

You can view your usage and detailed logs for both sent text and voice messages. Text and voice messages are premium features and must be added/enabled on your account.

Viewing Text Message Logs

Click “Usage” under Communication > Text Message Logs inside of Congregate Admin. The default view will display your usage and number of text messages sent for each month.

To view details of each individual text message, select “Detailed” from the filter menu. This view will display the status of each message sent, the number of message segments that were required to send it, metadata (including who sent the message), and any applicable errors.

Viewing Voice Message Logs

Click “Usage” under Communication > Voice Message Logs inside of Congregate Admin. The default view will display your usage and number of voice messages sent for each month.

To view details of each individual voice message, select “Detailed” from the filter menu. This view will display the status of each message sent, the number of message segments that were required to send it, metadata (including who sent the message), and any applicable errors.
