Payment Preferences
While no payment is required at this time, your setup fee must be paid within 10 days (or the due date on your invoice) in order to access your development site.
Payment options include check, credit/debit card, your bank's bill payment system, or auto-debit (electronic check). You can change payment methods at any time – but if you already know how you plan to pay, please let us know. You will receive an official invoice within 24 hours via email with payment instructions and details.
Important Payment Information
1. Congregate does not mail invoices of any kind. As a web-based company, we do not send paper mail. You will not receive a setup and/or monthly service fee invoice in the mail.
2. Congregate does not email monthly invoices. If you opt to make your monthly service fee payments using a non-automated method (e.g., check) instead of using our auto-debit service or auto recurring credit/debit card payment, you are responsible for making timely payments on your account.
3. Payment is due on the due date(s) regardless of your site's progress. Congregate is a subscription-based service. Access to our backend tools, management features, hosting, etc. begins as soon as we provide you with your development website. Your setup fee and monthly service fees are due on the dates that appear on your invoice regardless of the progress you've made on the setup, launch, design, or configuration of your site.
4. We strongly recommend our FREE auto-debit service. Our free auto-debit (electronic check) service is the safest and most secure way to pay and saves time, money, and postage. This electronic withdrawal is just like writing a check from your checking or savings account.
