If you are paying via credit/debit card or electronic check/auto-debit and your card has expired, your account has changed, or you wish to switch cards/accounts, please update your billing information on file with us.

We strongly encourage the use of electronic checks via our free automated payment service. This is the safest, most secure way to pay directly from a bank account versus mailing paper checks. Simply enter your account and routing number as it appears on your check. This ensures your payment is never late and you can cancel this service at anytime. Chose the “automated payment” option in the payment center to setup electronic check payments.

Please note the following conditions if you chose to mail your payment:

  • Per our billing policies, it is your responsibility to make on-time payments.
  • Congregate does not mail or email invoices for monthly service fees.
  • Your check must always include your local church name.
  • Bank bill pay users: no account number is required. Your church name is your “account number.”
  • Checks must be payable to “DP Media Group” (the provider of Congregate).
