Form Builder

Build custom registration, contact, and feedback forms in minutes.

Contact, registration, and feedback forms without a developer.

Anything you currently collect by asking people to email you can be a form instead. Congregate’s form builder covers the field types congregations actually need: text, email address, phone number, date, dropdown lists with your own options, and checkboxes.

You name the form, add the fields you want, and publish it. Visibility is set per form, so a form can be public for anyone visiting your site or restricted to logged-in members, which is the right setting for anything involving your membership specifically.

Every submission in one place.

Submissions can be collected in Congregate rather than scattered across inboxes, if you prefer. While you can always have submissions emailed, you can also choose to have them stored in Congregate making it easy to view all the responses at a glance.

This is where forms beat email decisively. Fifteen people replying to an announcement produces fifteen differently formatted messages in one person’s inbox, and nobody else can see them. Fifteen form submissions produce one list that everyone with permission can read, sort, and act on.

All submissions can be exported to a spreadsheet whenever you need it elsewhere, which covers registration lists, name tags, headcounts for a meal, and anything else that starts with a list of who is coming.

Who This Feature Helps

Members

Signing up for something takes thirty seconds and gives an immediate confirmation, rather than an email and a wait to find out whether it was received.

Leaders

Collect submissions and store them in Congregate for multiple people to review. Notifications reach whoever should act, and the export option handles any data collection need.

Visitors

Having public forms means someone can reach you without finding the right email address – this includes anything from contact forms to VBS registration forms.

Over 30+ feature modules, included in every plan.
