If your website is not built in WordPress, using our Members Only plan, you can keep your current public website and use Congregate’s standalone member-only website for members.

Congregate has no contracts or commitments. You can cancel anytime without penalty. Congregate services are billed monthly and you will receive a pro-rated refund for any month(s) you may have pre-paid for but not used.

Congregate is not a domain name registrar and your domain name cannot be transferred to us for ownership or management. You will continue to use a third-party domain name registrar (such as Google Domains or GoDaddy) to pay your renewal fees and manage your domain name.

Congregate is a do-it-yourself platform, allowing you to use our built-in tools to populate or import content on your website. However, if you wish to have our team handle the migration of your pages, media, member data, etc. simply contact us and we’ll be happy to offer you a no-obligation quote.
