NO PAYMENT WILL BE COLLECETD AT THIS TIME. Please indicate how you plan to pay for your CongreGATE service. You can change payment methods at any time. We strongly recommend our free auto-debit service as it saves time, money, and postage.

 

Website Preferences & Configuration

Provide us with information so we can begin to setup our server for your account. Each CongreGATE site is customized, so please tell us if you’d like us to model your CongreGATE site off of your current website, a different website, a color palette/scheme, or anything else. If you have a logo you’d like to use on your site, you can upload it now or email it to us at a later time.

Terms & Conditions

Please agree to the following terms and conditions before signing up for CongreGATE.

  • Upon submission, a CongreGATE representative will review your information and contact you via email or telephone to confirm your requests and answer any questions within 24 hours. A formal invoice and any additional required paperwork will be provided to you via email.
  • We will NOT collect any online payment during the sign up process; we will request payment from you via a formal invoice.
  • Once your setup and/or add-on service fee(s) and additional paperwork has been satisfied, we will begin production on your CongreGATE site.
  • There are no contracts or service commitments and you may choose to change service plans or cancel service at any time.
  • CongreGATE does NOT mail paper invoices of any kind. If you opt to make monthly service payments via check or bank bill pay (instead of using our free, auto-debit service) you are responsible to make timely payments.

The Set Up Process

1. Sign Up

Signing up online provides us with all the information we need to get started on your account.

2. Invoice & Payment

After we confirm your information and service requests, we’ll email you an official invoice and paperwork within 24 hours. Upon receipt of payment and paperwork, we will begin to design your CongreGATE site based on your design preferences.

3. Design & Customization

Once we have a design mockup, we’ll email it to you for approval. We will continue to go back and forth, customizing the design until you are completely satisfied.

4. Development Website

Once the design is approved, we’ll program your website and setup your account on our platform. We’ll then give you a special link to access, setup, and populate your site.

5. Launch

When you are satisfied with the state of your CongreGATE site, let us know and we’ll provide you with the proper DNS and/or IP address changes to make to your domain name(s) and your website will be live.
