CongreGATE requires no service contract or commitments; cancel any time. One-time setup fee is non-refundable. Setup and monthly services fees may be paid via check, credit card, or automatically deducted from your account with our free auto-debit service. Monthly service fees may be paid on a month-by-month basis or prepaid annually. CongreGATE does not mail paper invoices of any kind. Please contact us with additional questions or concerns.
Our TruVoice service can call members and read them any message you input via your website with the use of text-to-speech synthesis. Great for service time changes/cancelations, urgent messages, and for members who may not use email or text messaging, TruVoice allows you to communicate to your entire membership. You can also use TruVoice to allow members to elect to receive telephone call-based reminders for upcoming assignments.
Although CongreGATE offers free text messaging support for messages and reminders, this free service requires the identification of each member’s cellular phone provider in the directory and members cannot save the ‘church text message number’ to their phone for easy identification. Using TruText, members are sent real SMS text messages from a real local telephone number. Members can save this number on their device and there is no longer a need to collect their cellular provider’s name and store it in the directory.
Both TruVoice and TruText services are completely optional and can be added to/removed from your account at anytime.
Clients running CongreGATE 1.x-2.x can upgrade to CongreGATE 4.0 for $199 $99. Users on CongreGATE 3.x will receive a free upgrade to version 4.0.
