Members can elect to see what group(s) they belong to and view a listing of everyone in any given member group. Administrators can also create their own custom mailing lists with an unlimited number of email addresses.
With our TruVoice system*, broadcasting church-wide important announcements, updates, and information has never been easier. Simply enter your message via the website and select the member(s) you wish to call. CongreGATE will then call the selected members and read your message to them via text-to-speech synthesis. This is great for service time changes/cancelations, urgent messages, and other last-minute information you need to distribute to your membership.

CongreGATE has a built-in calendar and file sharing area designed for church leaders only; the public and church members cannot access them. This offers your leadership a way to share information, files, appointments and events inside CongreGATE without having to use another provider for privacy concerns. Using CongreGATE’s permission-based access controls, administrators and leaders can also grant access to anyone they choose.
An unlimited number of user accounts can be created for the CongreGATE administration console allowing users to manage and update data. There are an unlimited number of user-defined permission groups you can create, giving you complete control over what each member or administrator is allowed to view and/or edit in the administration console and members section of the website. CongreGATE puts you in complete control of your users and members.
CongreGATE Mobile allows administrators to update your site and view member information right from their smart phone or tablet (internet access required).
