CongreGATE was born out of an overwhelming request by local churches to have a custom website developed and then allowing them to keep the site up-to-date on their own. Instead of resorting to a pre-built CMS solution, DP Media Group decided to create their own CMS solution, not only offering the front-end website churches were looking for, but also offering a custom administration console and exclusive back-end features aiding church leaders. CongreGATE has grown over time to become the feature-rich, three-fold church website and congregational toolbox that it is today. We listen to our clients and are happy to release updates and new features that our customers are looking for on a regular basis. We also offer custom add-on modules to CongreGATE, allowing local churches to have their custom needs met within the platform. CongreGATE Service Information

CongreGATE is a service of DP Media Group, LLC. Clients subscribe to our service on a month-by-month basis. CongreGATE is not boxed and sold, nor can it be installed on your own computer or server. To protect our clients and prevent end-user errors, the software is hosted on our servers and only we have access to its code base, databases, and all system files. We utilize a third-party hosting partner to ensure your website is available with a 99.9% guaranteed up-time. Your monthly service fee includes the hosting of your website and licensed usage of the CongreGATE platform/software. There are no service contracts or commitments and clients can cancel their service at any time.

Pricing Guarantee
Once you sign up for CongreGATE, be assured you can lock-in your monthly service fees if you remain on the same service plan and CongreGATE version. We will never increase monthly service fees from our original fee schedule if you do not modify or upgrade your account. Should you choose later to upgrade your account, the then-current fee schedule will apply.

Upgrades and Updates
Your CongreGATE service fee includes free in-version updates and new features. As a paying customer, if we release new features on the CongreGATE platform within the same version you are using, you are entitled to those new features and they will automatically appear on your account when they are released. If you are using an older version of our system, you will need to upgrade to the current version in order to receive free in-version updates. Note there may be an upgrade charge to convert and upgrade your account to the most current version.

Billing/Payment Options
CongreGATE carries an initial setup fee and a recurring monthly service fee. We accept payment via check or major credit card. Monthly service fees can be paid via check (including your bank's automatic bill payment system) or through our free auto-debit service which deducts from your checking or savings account. In an effort to go 'green,' CongreGATE does not mail or print paper invoices of any kind. It is the client's responsibility to make payment on their account if they choose not to use our auto-debit service.
